Hello Rick,
Just dropping you a line to let you know that I'm getting married Sept 27 and our first and second songs are the "Future is Lookin' Brighter" and our next song is "You're all I Need". Every time we listen to them we hold on each other and cry. As far as I am concerned you my friend is the best there is and ever will be again.
Love Danny and Charmaine

Hello,
I just wanted to thank Rick for his show last night at the Agrifair in Abbotsford. This was the first time that I had a chance to hear him live and that was way cool!! I will never forget the experience, seeing as my little boy was running around. I had to leave the show earlier than expected. I never thought that I would ever get up and close with Rick ever, but yet when my son and I were on the way to our vehicle, there he was! So I jumped at the opportunity and someone took a picture of him and I together.
Thanks again Rick for the great music!! Keep singing!

Hi Rick,
I just wanted to write and tell you how fantastic the new album is!!! I listened to it 3 times straight in my car last Sunday and I'm so happy for you. This album is terrific. I don't know yet what my favourite song is but right now "Radio On" and "The King of Honky Tonks and Cool" are running side by side. I'll listen to it again (and again) but I just wanted to say that you aced it on this one. There isn't a song I don't like and that doesn't happen very often.
Hopefully you'll come back to Ontario....soon...so we can meet again and we can hear your music in person. We campaign every year to get Jack to get you back to Havelock...one day he'll listen I hope.
You take care and travel safely,
Doris

Hi again Rick,
Just wanted to thank you for sending Mom (Lucille Kotzer) such a wonderful 80th birthday greeting back in January. It was a big hit at the birthday party. She was totally surprised and very thrilled that you remembered her. She shared the letter with all the ladies she goes to "aquasizing" (exercising in the water) with. On her birthday, the local radio station played one of your tunes for her and dedicated it to her.
Keep on singing.
Yours truly,
Karen

Hello Rick,
Long time no see, but I always think of the days when I used to see you all the time performing all over the place, it was always a great performance. A lot of really nice memories like one that I remember when I tried to get you to sing a Christmas song at Boone, well that kinda backfired in my face when you started singing about someone walking around in women's underwear, LOL. Another really great thing I remember is the interaction that you used to do like at the PNE when you walked around the room and sang in front of all the girls, it was especially nice when you came up to me, shook my hand and sang to my date, you were so great doing that. I can't leave out going into Nashville North in Calgary, I just got inside the place and you were up on stage and over your microphone I hear this Donnie my man, I just looked up in shock and thought holy smokes he's performing up there and he took the couple of seconds to acknowledge me, that was pretty cool. Glad to see you are still pumping out lots of awesome music and I hope to get to see you perform sometime in the near future.
Good luck and all the best!
Don

Hi Rick,
It's been awhile. Cool website, congrats on a job well done.
Sorry if I have not gotten back to you sooner. I've been busy from day shift to nights to afternoons even sometimes two shifts in one day.
I had a chance to hear samples of your album very cool. I'm looking forward to it being released. I'll be getting my copy.
I remember the time I was trucking near Cornwall, Ontario and the local radio station said you were going to be at Bubbas Bar & Grill. At the time you had the Triple Threat CD in stores. I'm looking around and I'm used to big shows so I'm thinking this is kinda small for a show. I had never been to a country music concert before but I've always been a fan. I had never seen one live. Let me tell you I still have that ticket, you rocked the house that night, you were on fire!!
A few years later I drove almost five hours to see you and you blew the roof off of Sterling, Ontario. A big power outage the day before. I believe your band was stuck in Sault Ste Marie and Jason Blaine had to back you up, but man when I look back those are two of the best shows I have ever been to, I will never forget them.
So until next time I'll keep my trains on track and you keep rockin' the house cause that's what we do best.
PARTY DOWN, GET HOT OR GO HOME AND WE ARE SINGIN' A DIFFERENT TUNE.

It was very nice meeting you and your band members. Best wishes with your new album - can't wait for it to come out.
Looking forward to seeing you in concert again - when will you be back on the island?
Sincerely,

Hi Rick,
Just wanted to let you know what a fabulous job you have done on your new website. Everytime that I have gone on it is getting better and better. Very user friendly.
One thing that I would like to see is brief video clips for the video of the month. As I have not seen many of the videos it is hard to vote for my favorite (although I still vote as I would love to see the video for my favorite song!!)
Looking forward to seeing you come back to Nanaimo one day.

Rick & the band,
Tonight was GREAT!!! For this single mom who hasn't spent the night out in two years, it was the best I could have asked for. I hope when the new record comes out y'all will get the respect you deserve for your music. On my iPod is a mix of everyone country...Rascal Flatts, Alan Jackson, Alabama, etc, and you guys. And you fit right in! To me, you're on the same level. You all sing great music, and I love to hear it. Please update your website soon with the next gigs...I'll be there!
Thanks so much, again!
